KC’s GM Fairfax Plant Strike

oh bWondering how bad the Kansas City’s GM Strike will be for the plant itself? Well normally they have 2,700 workers an hour and now that they’ve went on strike they’ve got no one doing anything.

Will that hurt Chevrolet Malibu sales? I’m sure it will and as of right now there are actually 1000+ on strike. While this may not be all of the employees, it is definitely over half of them and I don’t see the other half working double shifts to make up for the loss.

I guess we’ll just wait and see who breaks first, the

 

two sides have been trying to meet and work out a deal but so far no one is budging. One of the biggest issues is job security and with the job market these days I can’t blame them. Who wants to give it their all if they might get fired next week or replaced by a newbie. Job security would mean they can plan ahead for their future and have something to rely on.
