Kansas City BloggerI have loved the weather this week and it is only suppose to get better. What’s your plans for the weekend? In this entry you’ll find things to do from March 7-9, this includes a sales tip.

March 7:
World Dance at 7-9 p.m. the pay is $3 at the door. The event will take place at the Westport Presbyterian Church, 201 Westport.

Consignment Chic will be $2 admission at the Cosnignment boutique shopping from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Sing Out, Sister! is currently still playing at the Quality Hill PLayhouse, call 816-421-1700 to get your tickets. Tickets cost $24 for a single.

The Little Dog Laughed, comedy, will be at the Unicorn Theatre. This does have nudity and strong language, not a show for kids. Order tickets now they are selling fast.

March 8:
8 p.m. you can catch the Tallis Scholars for $35 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Children 8 and under will be free. Call 816-561-9999 for more info.

James Ehnes, Violinist will be playing at The Folly Theater at 8 p.m. the cost per ticket is anywhere between $20-25 and children under 18 are free. Call 816-561-9999.

The Magic Flute opens up at 8 p.m. at the Lyric Opera, call 1 877 OPERAKC for futher details.
March 9:
Kansas City Pet Telethon- ABC Action News Chief Meterologist Gary Lezak will introduce his weather dogs, Stormy and Breezy. This will be on Channel 8 KMCI-TV from 6:30-9:30 p.m. For more information on this telethon go to www.KcpetTelethon.com

Shopping Tip: If you like sales over at Sears Grand they have items marked down, way down. I bought a bunch of long sleeve onesies for .40 and layered clothes for as low as $8. Hurry before they put the prices back up.
