Is there a Fire Starter in Missouri?

After 10 suspicious fires have popped up in St.Louis police have decided to investigate to find out whether or not they are linked. So far all the fires were started on empty/vacant buildings and no one was injured. Five of the fires were all on this past Saturday and all within 5 blocks of North St. Louis. No news yet on that.
