Family Fights off Robbers
Early this morning in Kansas City, the Lopez Family, a father and son looked out their window when they saw two robbers trying to take their car radio. Instead of just hiding behind a closed door and calling police they decided to take things into their own hands. Woo hoo! I’m sorry, I know police would want things handled differently but people are getting sick and tired of all the crime happening around them.
Arturo, the father and son took on the two robbers, father took one and son took another and the four actually beat each other up. But it was the robbers that got it bad. The father found a rope and tied up one of the suspects and the other got away. Well, he didn’t get far since the father put the car in park and it crashed, he did get to the QuickTrip down the street.
In the end, the suspects did not get away and both have been arrested. The one that didn’t get away was tied up with a car radio wire and beat up pretty badly, he was taken to the hospital. Arturo’s son was also taken to the hospital because he was stabbed in the back by one of the suspects during the scuffle. I do believe thieves will think twice before heading here.
