Sex and the City Comes to Kansas City

“Sex and the City” comes to Kansas City and you can be part of it. If you missed the first few events you can still make it to the June 3, 4 or 11th. Tickets will go up in cost depending on which event you want to do. This is definitely the place to be, the premiere where everyone is going to show up.

Cabbie Carjacked in KC

As if driving around picking people up at all hours wasn’t bad enough, now a Kansas City cab driver got carjacked by gunpoint. The cab was later retrieved over at an ally between Wabash Street and Elma and the driver wasn’t hurt. Granted he lost any money he would’ve earned driving others around during the time he didn’t have his cab.

Tina Turner, age 68, has come out of retirement and will hit Kansas City Sprint Center on October 8. Tina has also announced her UK concert dates and she’ll even be coming back to the KC area.

Bomb Scare: Plane evacuated at KC Airport

This past Thursday Kansas City International Airport had to close down after they had a bomb scare. They quickly and safely took the 134 passengers and got them out of the plane and inspected it for a bomb. When all was clear passengers went on their way.

The airport was reopened Friday without incident.
